2. Eligibility and Submission Rights

2.3 You confirm that your submission does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your Submission Materials. By submitting your project to Epochish, you do not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to us.

3.2 License Grant: By submitting materials to the Exhibit, you grant Epochish a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute your Submission Materials on the Epochish website and mobile applications
• Use your Submission Materials in promotional content, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Feature your project in architecture tours, educational content, and speaking engagements
• Create derivative works for promotional purposes (such as thumbnails, excerpts, or edited versions)

3.3 Attribution: Epochish will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate attribution to you as the architect/designer when displaying your Submission Materials.

4. Content Guidelines and Standards

4.1 Acceptable Content: All submissions must:

• Be relevant to architecture, design, or the built environment
• Meet professional quality standards for images and videos
• Include accurate project information and proper credits
• Comply with all applicable copyright and trademark laws

4.2 Content Standards: To maintain the quality and integrity of our platform, we kindly ask that all submissions:

• Respect third-party intellectual property rights and include proper permissions
• Maintain professional standards appropriate for an architecture showcase
• Protect the privacy of individuals by obtaining necessary consents
• Provide accurate project information and authorship credits

4.3 File Formats: Project drawings must be submitted in PDF format. Videos should be provided as links to hosted content or in commonly supported formats.

5. Review and Approval Process

5.1 Epochish reserves the right to review all submissions before publication on the Exhibit platform.

5.3 Acceptance of your submission does not guarantee permanent display or featured placement on our platform.

6. Usage and Display

6.2 We reserve the right to determine the placement, duration, and manner of display for all exhibited projects.

7. Removal and Management Rights

7.1 Your Control Over Content: We respect your right to manage your content. If you wish to remove your project from the Exhibit at any time, simply contact us at contact@epochish.com, and we'll process your request within 30 business days. We're always happy to discuss any concerns you may have about how your work is displayed.

7.2 Epochish's Rights: We reserve the right to remove, modify, or suspend any submission at any time if:

• The submission violates these Terms and Conditions
• We receive valid intellectual property infringement claims
• The content is deemed inconsistent with our platform standards
• Technical or legal issues arise

7.3 Removal of content does not affect the license rights granted for materials already distributed or used in promotional content prior to removal.

8. Liability and Disclaimers
